Vulcanization

Washing

Washing process and residue removal is a series of steps designed to wash and squeeze the latex rubber clean using drinkable quality water to ensure a clean end product. The left-behind water is cleaned in the house at their on-site water treatment facility.

Drying and Conditioning

Carefully monitored for the best end product. This is done with rollers to eliminate all residual water by squeezing out the cores and pillows. The latex rubber is then put into an oven looking machine that removes the residual moisture.

Testing
