The Afton platform bed is handmade by Savvy Rest’s skilled workers right here in America. A beautiful straightforward design with timeless styling. You choose your finish for these solid Maple legs, side rails, and corner posts. We use no varnishes or lacquers to finish this bed. Your choice of natural unfinished zero-VOC walnut; zero-VOC linseed oil; mahogany, or cedar stains is used.
Heirloom quality that is built to last and can be handed down for generations, the Afton Platform Bed uses only closely-spaced hardwood slat made from poplar along with mortised-in corner brackets made from solid steel. Each of the four corners utilizes three tenons for optimal durability and strength. Assembly is easy as there are no tools necessary.
Simplistic yet extremely elegant, your new natural bed is the ideal fit to finish off any natural bedroom.
